Our experience: We have a proven track record of business development (BD), capture, proposal development and program management (PM) / execution experience in the Federal and DoD industries. . Our founder and CEO, Richard "Rick-Rich-Richie" Painter has over 30 years of relevant federal and DoD experience, including 21 as an officer in the United States Air Force. Rick was able to participate in a broad aspect of military life having served in the acquisition, communications, and operations communities during his career. After retiring from active duty in 2005, Rick worked in both BD and PM roles for 2 different sectors within Northrop Grumman, followed by a PM job for NASA, BD-Sales for IBM, and BD-capture-proposal director for Ventech Solutions.
BD-Capture-Proposal. We have extensive relationships and success connecting companies to each other, to opportunities, and clients-customers from BD thru capture and proposal phases. We've been trained in the standard Shipley model as well as both large and small business adaptations.
Program Management-Execution. Our team has years of both military and industry program management and execution experience - including various contract types. We have PMP certifications and experience
